JAKARTA - President Director of Bank DKI Agus H Widodo said the process of improving the interbank transfer service system is still ongoing.
The repair process is currently still in the validation stage with the internal and external teams.
"The progress is currently still being stepped on. Hopefully, if this can go quickly, this week we can open it immediately," said Agus.
He added that the validation process was carried out thoroughly with the internal team of Bank DKI, as well as involving teams from technology partners such as IBM, to ensure that all improvements were in accordance with service safety and performance standards.
"But we can't promise yet, because later the team, both internal teams, IBM and other teams will work together with us to validate what we have done and we will fix it," he added.
Agus said this process requires time and caution to ensure system security and protect customer interests.
"This is a matter of time. And I hope that the service can recover as soon as possible. But this is all just for the safety of customers too," he said.
