Three Hutama Karya Toll Roads Can Be Crossed By Travelers Without Tariffs Starting Today

In order to support the flow of homecoming and return to Lebaran 2025, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) operates a number of functional toll roads, aka without tariffs starting today.

The functional toll road is an emergency expressway that is temporarily opened to support the smooth flow of vehicle traffic at a certain time by looking at the conditions and implementation of construction in the field.

Quoted from the upload of the official Instagram account @hutamakarya, Monday, March 24, there are three Hutama Karya managed toll roads that are operated functionally or without tariffs, namely the Sigli 'Banda Aceh Toll Road Section 1 Padang Tiji' Seulimeum (25.68 kilometers), the Pekanbaru Toll Road "Padang Section" Sicincin (35.90 kilometers) and the Palembang Toll Road "Betung Section 2 Rengas Toll Gate" Pangkalan Balai (30.67 kilometers).

The functional toll road can be crossed by travelers without tariffs starting today, Monday, March 24 to Thursday, April 10.

"Hutama Karya is ready to support the smooth flow of homecoming and the backflow of Lebaran 2025 with the operation of three functional toll roads," wrote Hutama Karya.

The operation of the functional toll road by Hutama Karya during the 2025 Eid homecoming flow brings significant benefits in saving road users. The Sigli 'Banda Aceh Toll Road Section 1 (Padang Tiji'Seulimeum) cut the journey from Sigli to Banda Aceh from 2.5 hours to just 1.5 hours.

The Padang 'Sicincin Toll Road increases the efficiency of inter-city travel time in West Sumatra, including helping the people of Bukittinggi who want to return to their hometown by cutting their travel time from Minangkabau International Airport to Bukittinggi more efficiently.

Meanwhile, the Palembang Toll Road Section 2 of the Rengas / Musi Landas 'Pangkalan Balai Toll Road is expected to reduce the density of traffic volume of travelers on national roads and avoid the potential point of congestion on the Palembang Betung national road KM 22'KM 54.
