The Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) sent a letter to the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) regarding the developer of a rogue subsidy house.

"Today I have written a letter to the BPK RI for an audit with a certain purpose. Once again, I as the Inspector General have asked the BPK for an audit with a certain purpose," said the Inspector General of the Ministry of PKP Heri Germany as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, February 13.

The goal is that later a comprehensive clue can be obtained. How will the governance be, how will who be responsible for what.

In fact, if there is a state loss, the Ministry of PKP will later submit the handling of the problem to law enforcement officials.

"Especially for rogue developers who do not have a sense of crisis. There is no feeling of a situation experienced by people who enter low-income people (MBR) who should also get proper rights, proper subsidized houses as well. If we let it continue like this, it will be harmed in addition to the people who inhabit the subsidized house but the state is also disadvantaged," said Heri Germany.

According to him, there are still many developers who are good as well and need to be given the opportunity to these good developers who are committed to a sense of responsibility to be able to give the best for this nation and state.

"I ask the naughty developers firmly, you no longer have the right not to get the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP)!" he added.

The PKP Ministry has calculated that there are actually advantages that developers can get, but if they still leave quality, they are still disobedient to providing a decent house for MBR, this is very detrimental.

"We will not cover up, the public has the right to know too. If you feel that a subsidized house that is inhabited is not proper, what happens if you live in that place for years with an uncomfortable feeling, plus the quality of the ditch, poor sanitation. So, this is our concern. The Minister of Housing and Surface Areas is very concerned, very concerned about this subsidized house," said Heri Germany.
