Telkom Indonesia Opens Voice About Cases Of Alleged Corruption In Pertamina Gas Station Digitization Project

JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) has opened its voice regarding the alleged corruption case of the digitization of PT Pertamina (Persero) public gas station (SPBU) in 2018-2023.

Meanwhile, Telkom is the implementing party of the Pertamina gas station digualization project. The signing of this gas station digitization synergy was carried out at the BUMN Ministry Office, on August 31, 2018.

Telkom VP Corporate Communication Andri Herawan Sasoko ensured that his party would obey and obey the law.

"Telkom obeys the law, then we leave it entirely to law enforcement," he said when met in Jakarta, Friday, January 24.

Andiri added that his party also supports the cleaning program launched by the Ministry of SOEs.

"We also support the Ministry of SOEs' program to clean up the bumn. Regarding what kind of case, because this has become the realm of law enforcement, please ask there, because we also don't know what the progress is like," he explained.

Previously, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga had also opened its voice about the summons by the KPK to several of its employees regarding the alleged corruption in the digitization project of the PT Pertamina (Persero) public refueling station (SPBU) on Monday, January 20 yesterday.

Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Heppy Wulansari, emphasized that the summons of several of his workers was only as a witness.

"As a witness who was asked for information and more detailed information to support the investigation carried out by the KPK," said Heppy to the media crew, Tuesday, January 21.

Heppy further said that Pertamina Patra Niaga as a business entity always carries out its business operations in the corridor of GCG (Good Corporate Governance).

"Pertamina Patra Niaga respects the legal process that is running by fulfilling the summons of the authorities," he said.

KPK Examines 7 Witnesses

Previously, the KPK had examined seven witnesses, including the Coordinator of Fuel Supervision at the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas), Agustinus Yanuar Mahendratama; and the Head of Outbound Purcashing PT Sigma Cipta Caraka (SCC) for the 2018-2020 period.

Then, Aily Sutejdah; Vice President Corporate Holding and Portfolio IA PT Pertamina, Anton Trienda; VP Sales Support PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Aribawa; and former Director of PT Dabir Delisha Indonesia Asrul Sani.

Then, the former Director of Sales & Marketing of PT PINS Indonesia, Benny Antoro; and the Commissioner of PT Ladang Usaha Jaya Bersama, Charles Setiawan.

"Witnesses were present to be investigated regarding several project procurements at PT Telkom for use at Pertamina," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika to reporters, Tuesday, January 21.
