HGB Certificate, Minister Nusron Disbursed The Owner Of A Mysterious Sea Fence In Tangerang

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid admitted that the mysterious sea fence in Tangerang waters, Banten, already has a Building Use Rights (HGB) certificate.

This was conveyed by Nusron in a press conference at his office, Monday, January 20.

"We acknowledge or we confirm that there is a certificate (HGB) in the sea fence area as stated on social media," said Nusron.

Nusron said the number of HGB certificates reached 263 fields and consisted of the names of several companies.

First, PT Intan Agung Makmur has 234 fields and on behalf of PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa has 20 fields. Then, on behalf of individuals as many as 9 fields.

Then, there is also a certificate of ownership in the name of the Haq Letter as many as 17 fields.

"So, the news that appears in the media and on social media about the existence of the certificate after we checked it was true, the location was true. In accordance with this application, namely in Pakuaji District, Tangerang Regency," said Nusron.

The mysterious 30.16-kilometer marine fence in Tangerang Regency, Banten, annexed the coastal areas of dozens of fishing villages in 6 sub-districts. This also makes it difficult for fishermen to find fish.

Until now, the existence of the sea fence still creates mystery and polemics.

Previously, Nusron admitted that he could not do anything about the mysterious sea fence. The reason is, the sea fence is in the ocean area. According to him, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has not been able to enter the matter.

"As long as it is still at sea, it is a marine region. On land, it depends on whether it enters a forest area or not. If the forest is under the authority of forestry, if it is not forestry, yes, it is our authority," said Nusron as quoted from the official website of the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
