As Of October, The National Road Progress Of The East National Advertisement Phase 2 Of IKN 69.81 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) said that the progress of the construction of the National Ambu Kebangsaan Timur Phase 2 national road in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan, has reached 69.81 percent until October 2024.

"In IKN itself, we are working on a road, called Jalan Nasional Sumbu Timur. The progress is approximately 70 percent now," said Senior Manager Corporate Relations WIKA William in his presentation during the Site Visit Jakarta Sewerage Development Project (JSDP) Zone 1 in Pluit, North Jakarta, Thursday, December 12.

William said that the project worth Rp528 billion was aimed at increasing IKN connectivity with a focus on sustainable infrastructure.

In addition to completing the national road project, WIKA also reported that it was working on six other projects at IKN, including the IKN Access Toll Road starting from Kariangau to Simpang Tempadung. Then, the company is also working on the Presidential Palace, the Presidential Office to the Balikpapan RDMP Tank EPC.

Next, the state-owned construction issuer is also completing the construction of the IKN Wastewater Pipeline Network 1 and 3 Government Core Areas (KIPP) in Sepaku District, North Penajam Paser.

The project is one of the national strategic projects (PSN) from the Ministry of PUPR. The scope of this work includes the installation of pipes in zone 1 along 14,016 meters and zone 3 reaching 4,901 meters.

It is known, IPAL 1 and 3 KIPP IKN were carried out under a consortium scheme by WIKA' Hutama Karya KSO. In this collaboration, WIKA has a portion of 55 percent with a contract value of IDR 435.5 billion.
