The MoU is related to the development of the Shared Hub infrastructure as well as the signing of the Heads of Agreement (HoA) between Pertamina New & Renewable Energy and PT VKTR Mobility Technology Tbk for joint development of Mobility as a Service facilities.

The signing of the MoU is one of the follow-up results of the signing of a memorandum of understanding between OIKN and Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability, Standford University, California, United States, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 US time.

This collaboration focuses on three important aspects, namely the development of shared hub infrastructure, which will be built in strategic locations within the Edutown IKN area as a key component of the Nusantara Knowledge Hub.
