JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir brings good news for the finalist of 'girls take over BUMN 2021', Sharon Florencia, who has successfully passed to become her replacement as minister for a day. The good news in question is about Sharon's career at Bank Mandiri. Erick leaked that Sharon would be pulled to the head office after the 'girls take over' program was over.

As is known, Sharon Florencia, who was born in Magelang, Central Java, has been an employee of Bank Mandiri since May 19, 2019. During the recruitment of the BUMN bank, she was selected as the best graduate office development program (ODP). Sharon herself has an office in Region IV Jakarta 2.

"If Sharon had heard the whispers earlier, he wanted to be brought to the center," said Erick, when met at the Telkom office, Thursday, September 30.

Erick also advised Sharon to report to himself by telephone if the happy news was ignored by the Director of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Darmawan Junaidi.

"If it's not done, call me, I'll call the president later," he said.

Not only Sharon, Putri Gayatri, one of the finalists for the 'girls take over BUMN 2021' who was appointed by Erick to replace the President Director of Telkomsel Hendri Mulya Syam, also received the same good news. Erick suggested that Telkomsel's directors should consider attracting Putri to work there.

As is known, this 20-year-old woman from West Java is an active IPB student, National Youth Gender Activist UN Women and Chair of the Child and Youth Advisory Network.

Erick revealed the reason for placing Putri as President Director of Telkomsel one day. This is because there will be a regeneration of leadership. Moreover, said Erick, this is a locomotive of change from a fast generation.

"We have to make sure that Telkom and Telkomsel must be the champions. Therefore, I also hope that later on, Putri, has not graduated from college, right? Later, when she has graduated, she will be given the opportunity to join Telkom or Telkomsel, please," he said.

Erick said that he devoted his time to getting involved in the 'Girls Take Over BUMN 2021' program. The reason, said Erick, was because he wanted to give the selected finalists an understanding of leadership.

"That's why I made these three days and all my time constraints, I really devote to accompanying Sharon or Putri and others so that you get the essence of leadership and leadership," he said.

Furthermore, Erick also admitted to asking the finalists who were successfully selected about their respective shortcomings. According to Erick, this is important as the beginning of the formation of a leader's character.
