Conglomerate Purnomo Prawiro Is Eager To Increase Share Ownership In Blue Bird, How Much Money Is Being Disbursed?

JAKARTA - Conglomerate Purnomo Prawiro is eager to buy shares in PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD). Purnomo Prawiro is the owner of the taxi company bearing the bluebird.

Most recently, Purnomo Prawiro bought 5.099 million shares of the issuer codenamed BIRD. This purchase was made by Purnomo from September 14 to September 17, 2021.

During this period, Purnomo purchased BIRD shares 21 times with an average value of Rp1,180 per share. This transaction increases Purnomo's share ownership in BIRD to 259.6 million shares or 10.377 percent, from the previous 254.4 million shares or 10.173 percent.

"The purpose of this transaction is for investment," said Purnomo in information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted Monday, September 20.

Previously, Purnomo was known to have bought up 46,400 BIRD shares on September 8 and 9 2021. The share purchase was carried out at a price of Rp1,145 to Rp1,170. The total shares purchased in these two trading days were 1.34 million shares or equivalent to Rp1.56 billion.

Previously, on September 7, Purnomo also reported that he had bought up 2.36 million BIRD shares. The transactions carried out on September 3, 6, and 7, 2021, were carried out in a cheaper price range, namely Rp1,075 to Rp1,130.

Purnomo also carried out a wholesale action on June 20, 2021. At that time, he bought 2.53 million BIRD shares. Shares are purchased in the range of Rp1,285 to Rp1,395 per share. Purchases are made in 3 trading days, namely 16, 17, and 18 June 2021.
