According to him, the ineffectiveness of the application can also have an effect on administrative problems. For example, said Nailul, to go to the airport, you need to show a vaccine card and be free of viruses.

However, even though the vaccine card already exists, the virus-free card still uses paper or scanned results from clinics or hospitals. He stated that the PeduliLindung application does not yet provide a system that records virus-free status.

Then, another problem is tracking and tracing which only works when the Global Positioning System (GPS) is connected to the application. Meanwhile, if you don't open the application, you won't be able to do tracking and tracing.

"So there is still a lot of PR (Homework) for Peduli Protect application developers," he said.

Some menus are also said to be less than optimal, such as the COVID-19 test which has no updates and is in sync with national data.

"I was the last one positive for COVID-19, but it was not detected on the application and the status is still not exposed. So, it's a bit dangerous if it becomes a kind of pass card to go to malls, airports, and other public places," said Nailul.

In addition, he continued, not everyone also has a smartphone, so you have to think about how to track, trace, test, and vaccinate. For Nailul, the combination of analog, such as the use of paper and digital to improve the PeduliLindung application so that it can become a pass card for public places.

He explained that the PeduliLindung application, which is not yet optimal, still requires a device or other device to become a ticket for people to do activities outside the home. Meanwhile, for those who do not have a smartphone, it is recommended to use analog/manual so that they can do activities outside the home.
