Mother's Hospital Officially Floors On The Exchange And Pockets Fresh Funds Of IDR 210 Billion, What Are They Used For?

JAKARTA - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has a new resident. The hospital issuer PT Bundamedik Tbk officially listed its initial shares or listing with the code BMHS today, Tuesday 6 July.

The Company offered as many as 682,000,000 new shares or as much as 7.93 percent of the issued and paid-up capital after the Public Offering at an offering price of Rp340 per share. The Company also held an Employee Stock Allocation (ESA) Program with a total of 0.25 percent of the shares offered in the Public Offering or 1,538,600 shares.

During the Public Offering Period from June 30, 2021 to July 2, 2021, the response from public investors was very positive where BMHS shares were oversubscribed in the pooling allotment by more than 40 times. Acting as the Managing Underwriter in this IPO is PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia.

The funds obtained from this Public Offering of around Rp232 billion (before deducting issuance costs) will be used by the company to buy back the remaining principal of the company's bonds after implementation

convertible bonds, and for working capital, including the purchase of drugs, medical devices, and other supporting needs aimed at meeting operational needs related to the company's health services.

BMHS shares are included in the Sharia Securities List, based on the decision letter of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number: Kep-28/D.04/2021, dated June 28, 2021, concerning the Determination of PT Bundamedik Tbk Shares as Sharia Securities.

Director of Bundamedik Nurhadi Yudiyantho said that his party is the holding company and the second issuer of the business group to list its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange after PT Diagnos Laboratory Utama Tbk (DGNS), an associate company that previously listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

In holding this corporate action, BMHS collaborated with PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia as the implementing underwriter for the securities issuance.
