The palm oil business line is now under the auspices of the Tunas Sawa Erma Group (TSE Group) which officially took effect since April 1, 2021. "With this, we, the Korindo Group Management, declare that as of April 1, 2021, we are officially separated from the Management of PT Tunas Sawa Erma, PT Berkat Cipta Abadi, and PT Dongin Prabhawa. The management of PT Gelora Mandiri Membangun and PT Papua Agro Lestari has also been run separately since October 1, 2022.

This restructuring step is part of the strategic transformation of the two companies to provide a clearer focus on the direction of managing their respective businesses. TSE Group can develop the palm oil plantation business more independently, while the Korindo Group continues to focus on business development in other sustainable industrial sectors.
