JAKARTA - PT TASPEN (Persero) continues to strengthen its commitment to the implementation of corporate integrity and governance by encouraging all company personnel and participants to actively prevent and report bribery and gratification practices. This commitment is a continuation of the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) ISO 37001: 2016 which has been implemented since 2020, as well as TASPEN's readiness to face the ISO 37001: 2025 recertification process in April 2026.

The implementation of SMAP is carried out comprehensively in the TASPEN environment throughout 2026, covering all work units, business processes, and relationships with partners and stakeholders, through strengthening control systems, compliance culture, and reporting mechanisms for violations.

TASPEN consistently urges participants to dare to report any suspected or indication of violations, especially bribery and gratification practices. This step is part of efforts to build a clean, transparent, and accountable public service ecosystem.

The implementation of SMAP ISO 37001:2025 at TASPEN covers a comprehensive scope, covering all organizational activities both at the head office and branch offices, all company personnel including management and employees, as well as third parties such as business partners, vendors, and agents.

This system regulates the overall control of bribery risks, both directly and indirectly, including those related to gratuities, gifts, banquets, donations, and potential conflicts of interest, through the risk identification process, due diligence, strengthening of internal controls, to reporting and investigation mechanisms.

PT TASPEN (Persero) Corporate Secretary, Henra, stated that this proactive step is an obligation for TASPEN as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is entrusted to manage pension and social security funds for State Civil Servants (ASN) and state officials.

"We carry out a very crucial mandate in managing the future social security funds of participants. Therefore, the implementation of SMAP ISO 37001: 2025 continues to be strengthened through policy updates, strict internal control systems, and continuous awareness-raising of all TASPEN personnel. The goal is one, namely to create a transparent, accountable, and corruption-free working environment," said Henra.

As part of this strengthening, TASPEN has set a corruption prevention target for 2026, namely that there will be no corruption incidents in all work units within the scope of the implementation of ISO 37001 (target 0 cases).

In addition, TASPEN ensures that reports are handled quickly and accounted for, including through the determination of a decision by the Gratification Control Unit (UPG) within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt of the report, follow-up on reports of alleged violations through the Whistleblowing System (WBS) to the stage of the minutes of the initial research within a maximum of 14 working days, and the implementation of internal special audits related to alleged bribery from the board of directors' order to the reporting of the audit results within a maximum of 14 working days.

The implementation of this system directly supports TASPEN's vision to realize a clean, healthy, and free organization ecosystem from all forms of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN).

TASPEN emphasizes its commitment to not tolerate any form of violation. Any proven deviation will be dealt with firmly in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, as a manifestation of the application of moral values and legal compliance in the company environment.

Throughout 2025, TASPEN has also implemented various initiatives to strengthen the culture of anti-corruption and gratification control, including through the implementation of anti-corruption socialization in the context of the World Anti-Corruption Day (HAKORDIA), Compliance Movie Day activities, socialization of Compliance Culture and Good Corporate Governance at the Head Office and Branch Offices, integrity e-learning programs, to internal digital campaigns that emphasize the application of the 5 NO principles (No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, No Luxurious Hospitality, No Conflict of Interest).

TASPEN's strategic steps in maintaining the integrity of the company are also in line with the national development direction in the President Prabowo Subianto's Asta Cita, especially in the pillar of strengthening bureaucratic reform, eradicating corruption, and developing clean government governance.
