Cyber University strengthens human resources (HR) investment through the Edutrip program to Singapore-Malaysia with an academic visit agenda to Singapore Management University (SMU), Monday, February 9, 2026.

Cyber University Digital Entrepreneur Lecturer, Rini Martiwi, said this edutrip is a form of long-term investment in the education sector.

"This edutrip activity opens up students' perspectives on the international education system, especially how a campus like SMU encourages innovation, collaboration, and competitiveness," he said.

According to him, understanding of global standards is the key to producing superior human resources who are able to drive the growth of technology-based industries.

Through this program, Cyber University emphasizes the role of universities as talent suppliers for industries, especially in the information technology sector, digital business, and innovation-based entrepreneurship.

Meanwhile, Caesar admitted that he had gained new experiences from the academic session at SMU.

"The learning system at SMU is very interactive. Students are required to be active in presentations, discussions, and directly involved in projects. There is even healthy academic competition in determining the final assessment," he said.

In general, the learning system at SMU emphasizes class discussions, collaborative projects, and constructive academic competitions.
