East Nusa Tenggara Financial Services Authority (OJK NTT) strengthens digital financial literacy and inclusion through the expansion of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) Digital Investment Gallery at regional level educational institutions, in order to reach the younger generation and academicians.
"The investment gallery is expected to be a bridge between the academic world, the financial services industry, and the community in building an inclusive and sustainable capital market ecosystem," said Head of the NTT Provincial OJK Yan Jimmy Hendrik Simarmata as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 10.
This was conveyed when the NTT OJK together with the Regional Financial Access Acceleration Team (TPAKD) of Ngada Regency inaugurated the BEI Digital Investment Gallery at the Flores Agricultural High School Campus (STIPER), Bajawa, Ngada.
Yan said that the existence of the investment gallery has a strategic role as a center for education, literacy, and information on the capital market at the regional level.
He explained, based on data from the OJK and BEI until December 2025, a total of 143,000 Single Investor Identification (SID) were recorded from NTT Province, an increase of 39.2 percent compared to the previous year.
With the inauguration of the BEI Digital Investment Gallery at STIPER Flores, the number of investment galleries operating in NTT Province now reaches 21 galleries spread across five regencies/cities and are in educational environments.
"In the future, OJK together with all stakeholders will continue to strengthen collaboration in order to increase financial literacy and inclusion to support sustainable economic growth in NTT Province," said Yan.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Ngada, Raymundus Bena, expressed his appreciation for the inauguration of the BEI Digital Investment Gallery at STIPER Flores as a form of real synergy between the local government, authorities, financial services industry players, and educational institutions in encouraging inclusive and sustainable regional economic growth.

"The presence of the BEI Digital Investment Gallery in Ngada Regency is expected to become a center for education, literacy, and capital market information for the local community, as well as supporting the formation of a young investor character who upholds the principles of prudence, ethics, and consumer protection," he said.
