JAKARTA - PT TASPEN (Persero) received a benchmark visit to the archives from Bank Kalsel as an effort to share knowledge and best practices in archival governance. The benchmark activity took place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the PT TASPEN (Persero) Head Office.
The activity, which is part of a joint commitment to strengthen synergy between institutions in realizing the orderly, safe, and sustainable archival management, was received directly by the Head of the Archives Unit as well as Corporate Communication & Media Relations of TASPEN, Rizky Bachrudin.
TASPEN Corporate Secretary, Henra, said that archival management is not merely document storage, but rather the main foundation in maintaining corporate accountability and sustainability.

During the visit, the delegation of the Bank of South Kalimantan explored the life cycle of archives at TASPEN, from the creation stage of the Archive to the depreciation of the Archive, the use of electronic signatures (TTE) in the service script, and the process of recording or digital media transfer to support operational services. In addition to discussing systems and policies, the Bank of South Kalimantan team also directly reviewed the Record Center which manages various types of information assets, ranging from physical documents, blueprints (blueprints) and other types of archives.
The TASPEN Archives Unit is continuously improving and adjusting the management of archives to ensure that the security and safety of archives are maintained in accordance with ANRI standards. TASPEN also routinely coordinates with ANRI, especially regarding the destruction of archives. In the last 3 years, PT TASPEN (Persero) has destroyed as many as 833,423 Archives in accordance with applicable laws.
