Milik Konglomerat Prajogo Pangestu, TPIA Announces Resignation of Director and Commissioner

JAKARTA - The issuer owned by the Prajogo Pangestu conglomerate, PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA), announced the resignation of directors and commissioners.

Quoted from the Indonesian Stock Exchange Information Disclosure, the company has received a resignation letter from Suwit Wiwattanawanich from the position of director and Santi Wasanasiri from the position of commissioner on December 31, 2025.

"Together with this, we inform you that the company has received a resignation letter from Mr. Suwit Wiwattanawanich as director of the company, and Mr. Santi Wasanasiri as commissioner of the company on December 31," wrote management, quoted Tuesday, January 6.

Later, the resignation application of the two will be decided in the nearest Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (RUPS) in accordance with applicable regulations and the company's articles of association.

Meanwhile, before the resignation is decided by the GMS and is effective, Suwit Wiwattanawanich and Santi Wasanasiri will still be required to carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the articles of association of the company, the Capital Market regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.
