"We want to ensure that aircraft passengers after arriving at the airport can process their arrival smoothly from the arrival gate, baggage collection, to getting public transportation services from public transportation operators," explained Pahlevi.
InJourney Airports Deputy President Director Achmad Syahir added that tens of thousands of personnel had been prepared at 37 airports to ensure that airport operations ran optimally.
