JAKARTA - The National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS), which is managed by Bank Indonesia, recorded the price of red chili commodity food at Rp73,050 per kilogram (kg), while the price of chicken eggs was Rp33,050 per kg on Thursday or coincided with Christmas Day 2025.

Based on data from PIHPS reported in Jakarta, Thursday at 07.35 WIB, in addition to red chili and chicken eggs, the price of other national retail traders, namely red onions at Rp52,300 per kg, then garlic at Rp40,250 per kg.

In addition, the quality of rice I is below Rp14,400 per kg, quality rice II is Rp14,350 per kg. Meanwhile, medium quality rice I is Rp15,900 per kg, and medium quality rice II at a price of Rp15,800 per kg.

Then, super quality I rice at a price of Rp. 17,100 per kg, and super quality II rice Rp. 16,650 per kg.

Furthermore, PIHPS noted that the price of large red chilies reached Rp51,600 per kg, curly red chilies Rp54,950 per kg, and green chili Rp62,300 per kg.

Then, the price of purebred chicken meat is Rp. 41,700 per kg, beef quality I Rp. 142,150 per kg, beef quality II at the price of Rp. 134,400 per kg.

The next commodity price, namely premium quality granulated sugar, was recorded at Rp19,800 per kg, local granulated sugar at Rp18,200 per kg.

Meanwhile, bulk cooking oil is priced at Rp. 18,850 per liter, branded I packaged cooking oil at Rp. 22,500 per liter, and branded II packaged cooking oil at Rp. 21,550 per liter.
