Ministry Of Manpower Invites Ministry Of Industry For National Internship Collaboration 2025 Batch 3

The Ministry of Manpower invites the Ministry of Industry to collaborate and make the 2025 National Internship program a success which has received a positive response from new university graduates.

For information, up to Batch 2, 30 percent of the 1.1 million new university graduates are interested in participating in the 2025 National Internship Program.

"The enthusiasm is extraordinary, because 30 percent are interested in participating in the Internship program. The rest continue to study, work or do not want to be bound because the Trade program requires 6 months of not resigning," said Minister of Manpower Yassierli when meeting with Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita in Jakarta, Monday, December 1.

Yassierli explained that the Ministry of Manpower has implemented programs for Batch 1 and 2 as many as 6,334 internship organizers (companies and Ministries/Institutions) and 221,541 apprentices (new university graduate registrants).

"The Ministry of Manpower is ready to help new university graduates as many as 100 thousand participants to Batch 3, with the hope of obtaining an internship experience for 6 months," he said.

Yassierli added that the Ministry of Manpower will intensify companies that register from quality companies so that the company does not only offer positions or formations for marketing and sales to prospective interns.

"For Batch 3, the Ministry of Manpower targets 25,000 participants and I am optimistic that the 2026 National Internship will be better in terms of the system and company," he said.

Sementara itu, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita menyambut positif tawaran Yassierli untuk mendukung program Magang Nasional.

Dia menyatakan kesiapannya untuk berkolaborasi dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepada perusahaan industri dan instansi di bawah lingkungan Kementerian perindustrian agar berpartisipasi pada program Magang Nasional yang dilaksanakan oleh Kemnaker.

Meanwhile, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita positively welcomed Yassierli's offer to support the National Internship program.

He stated his readiness to collaborate by conducting socialization to industrial companies and agencies under the Ministry of Industry to participate in the National Trade Program implemented by the Ministry of Manpower.
