"Previously, 5.03 percent, we expect in the fourth quarter with this stimulus, with other stimulus, we expect our economy in the fourth quarter to grow 5.6 percent-5.7 percent," he said in a working meeting of Commission XI DPR with the Minister of Finance, Thursday, November 27.

He added that secondly, economic growth throughout the year is estimated to reach 5.2 percent.

"I hope Commission 11 will continue to support my steps in this case, because there is no fiscal expansion, the fiscal remains the same, yes, we manage well so that the economy can continue to grow," he explained.
Purbaya explained that the interbank money market also experienced a significant decline, where when liquidity increased in the system, banks tended to place funds in the interbank money market first, then to other instruments, until finally disbursing credit.
