In Front Of Commission II Of The DPR, Nusron Wahid Claims To Fix 3,260 Cases Of Dispute To Land Conflicts

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has handled 3,260 dispute cases, conflicts and land crimes by the end of September 2025. The program's achievement is also one of the highest of the total realization of the ministry's program.

Menteri ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid mengatakan, berdasarkan DIPA kementerian tahun anggaran (TA) 2025, telah dilakukan penanganan sebanyak 1.991 perkara atau sebesar 99,45 persen dari total target 2,002 perkara. Hal tersebut termasuk kasus-kasus yang dikaitkan mafia tanah.

"The handling of disputes, cases, conflicts and land crimes or 'Sekoper' from the 2,002 target has reached 1,991 (handled) or 99.45 percent," said Nusron in a Working Meeting (Raker) with Commission II of the DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, November 24.

In addition to the target of the DIPA, the Ministry of ATR/BPN carries out the handling of disputes, cases, conflicts and routine land crimes according to the duties and functions of non-DIPA with the realization of 1,258 cases.

Thus, the accumulated total realization is that 3,260 cases were successfully handled or reached 162.84 percent.

Overall, there are a total of nine main programs of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in the implementation of DIPA for Fiscal Year (TA) 2025. In addition to handling disputes and land cases, Nusron also detailed the realization of eight other programs.

First, there is a validation document for the substance of the district/city RDTR from target 42, to date the realization has reached 32 or 76.19 percent. Second, the Complete Systematic Land Registration Field Map (PTSL), from the original target of 1,580,920 realizations have reached 1,218,672 or around 77.09 percent.

Third, there is a PTSL land rights certificate from the target of 1,196,785 fields, now the realization has reached 1,058,733 fields or 88.46 percent. Fourth, there is customary land data from the target of 15 million fields, now 17 million fields have been realized or 113.33 percent.

Fifth, the land redistribution decree from the target of 66,575 fields, has now become as many as 48,348 fields or 72.62 percent. Sixth, the Agrarian Reform Access program, from the target 9,542 family cards (KK), has been realized as much as 8,900 families or 93.27 percent.

Seventh, there is a land value zone map from the target of 3,676,788 hectares, currently 2,324,098 hectares have been completed or 63.21 percent. Eighth, there is a follow-up to controlling abandoned land, the results of HGU control are exhausted, land is not utilized and partial release, from the target of 17,780 hectares has been reached 12,063 hectares or 67.84 percent

"We believe that by the end of 2025 we will still be 100 percent for the output and outcome," he said.
