JAKARTA - President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Simon Aloysius Mantiri opened his voice regarding the insistence that Pertashop could sell subsidized fuel oil (BBM).
Simon said the authority to determine the type of fuel sold in Pertashop is entirely in the hands of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas).
This is in accordance with the applicable presidential regulation (perpres).
"That is in accordance with the determining presidential regulation, it is from BPH Migas and for Pertashop, what is possible to sell at Pertashop is non-subsidized fuel," Simon said at a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with Commission VI of the DPR RI, Wednesday, November 19.
He said, if there is a proposal from the Pertashop association to sell subsidized fuel, then Pertamina recommends a change in the form of distribution.
"If from the association of our brothers and sisters in Pertashop propose to be able to sell subsidized fuel in accordance with existing regulations, we may propose to be formed into a Mini gas station," Simon continued.
According to Simon, this change in shape is important so that subsidized fuel sales can be held in accordance with applicable regulations.
For this reason, Simon also revealed a number of conditions for selling subsidized fuel through mini gas stations.
Just so you know, this requirement is an obligation and has been regulated by BPH Migas as supervision.
The obligations fulfilled, among others, are the installation of CCTV and several other supporting equipment.
