Minister Of PKP: ASN Flats In Bantul Are Examples Of Quality Vertical Residential Residential

JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait said the state civil apparatus (ASN) flat (Kejati) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta which was built in Bantul Regency, DIY was an example of quality vertical housing.

"The APHs (Law Enforcement Officials) are the spearhead of law enforcement and eradicating corruption in Indonesia. The ASN DIY Prosecutor's Office Flats are well built and qualified and can be a good example," he said at the ASN DIY Prosecutor's Flats, quoted by Antara, Saturday, November 8.

Construction of livable and quality flats for ASN Adyaksa Corps is needed. For this reason, according to President Prabowo Subianto's direction, the Ministry of PKP is ready to synergize and cooperate with the Attorney General's Office to provide decent housing for APH.

During his working visit, he visited one by one the housing units for ASN and housing units for disabled people to be entered to check how the results of the construction of the units and furniture in them were.

"I see the results of contractor work in the construction of this flat are very good. I give a score of 8.5 so that in the future the construction of this flat can be an example of vertical residential development," he said.

He also paid positive attention to the achievements of the prosecutor's office which has worked hard to enforce the law and eradicate corruption in Indonesia, so that the state makes a priority scale for institutions that bring benefits to the people through the construction of this flat.

According to him, the Attorney General's Office (AGO) is a very reliable legal institution and has many achievements in handling cases of cooking oil, mining and many extraordinary eradication of corruption.

"I pray that from the results of the achievements achieved so far, the AGO will be loved by the Indonesian people. Next year we will also allocate one more flat tower for ASN Adhyaksa Corps," he said.

Presidential Chief of Staff M Qodari assesses that housing for ASN is very necessary, especially since many ASN whose duties are often moved because of assignments or 'tour of duty'.

"I see that the need for ASN is not only at the high prosecutor's level in the province, but also the state prosecutor's office at the district and city level which is the spearhead of law enforcement. There are still many young APHs who need housing like this flat," he said.

Head of the Java III Housing and Settlement Area Provision Center (BP3KP) Aldino Herupriawan said the ASN DIY Prosecutor's Flats were built from 2024 to 2025 on Jalan Babadan, Banguntapan Village, Bantul, DIY with a total contract value of Rp. 26.78 billion.

"This vertical building also has the latest prototype design specifications for the Arthaloka Flats," he said.

The facilities on the first floor include the meeting hall, children's playroom, prayer room, eight residential units. On the second, third and fourth floors, there are shared rooms, children's playrooms, and 12 residential units on each floor and on the rooftop floor, there is a meeting hall.

Furniture facilities in the flats that are available include 160 main beds, 90 single beds, 90 flat beds and multifunctional dining tables, different sofas, one-door cabinets and two-door cabinets.

"This flat is built one tower as high as four floors with 44 Type 36 units. This flat can accommodate a maximum of 172 people and each unit consists of one living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and dry room," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the DIY High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) I Gde Ngurah Sriada said he was very happy with the results of the construction of the ASN Prosecutor's Office Flat.

According to him, there are still many ASN Attorney General's Office and the District Attorney's Office (Kejari) in areas that do not yet have decent housing.

"We also hope that later the process of handing over the Rusun assets can be accelerated. Thank you Minister of PKP for paying attention in providing vertical housing complete with existing facilities," he said.
