JAKARTA - Entering the end of 2025, PT Medela Potentia Tbk (MDLA) shows the ability to maintain sustainable growth in the midst of a competitive market. With a diversification and cross-business efficiency strategy, the company recorded an increase in double-digit profit until the third quarter of 2025.

During the first nine months of 2025, MDLA posted revenues of IDR 11.1 trillion, growing 2.8 percent compared to the same period the previous year. Net profit recorded a significant increase of 16.3 percent to IDR 294 billion, while gross profit rose 5.6 percent to IDR 1.07 trillion. The increase in gross margin was driven by optimization of product portfolios and positive contributions from various strategic principles.

President Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Mr. Krestijanto Pandji, said that this performance shows the effectiveness of a business diversification strategy that is carried out continuously.

"We continue to strengthen the integration across child entities and maintain operational efficiency, so that the growth achieved remains quality and sustainable," he said, in a written statement.

Strong growth also came from various new initiatives in the company's main business line. In the manufacturing sector of medical devices, PT Deca Metric Medica (DMM) subsidiaries recorded good performance with the achievement of their first exports to Timor Leste and Cambodia, marking an important step towards expanding the regional market.

On the digital platform side, positive performance continues on both the B2B and B2C channels. The GPOS B2B platform recorded a sales growth of 10 percent with an increase in distribution coverage of up to 22 percent. Meanwhile, GoA Pharmacy recorded revenue growth of 31 percent, accompanied by an increase in the number of subscribers of 34 percent and an increase in transactions of 13 percent.

In the distribution segment, through the subsidiary of PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), MDLA continues to expand its strategic partnership with the addition of four new principals until the end of the third quarter consisting of one category of consumer health and three medical devices. This step strengthens AAM's position as a trusted distribution partner for various pharmaceutical manufacturers and national and international medical devices.

In line with the sustainability commitment, MDLA also continues to strengthen the application of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. The company received appreciation through the IDX Channel Anugerah ESG, as well as two confessions at the Top GRC Awards 2025, namely the TOP GRC #4 Star (Very Good) predicate and The Most Committed GRC Leader 2025 award.

"This achievement is proof of MDLA's consistency in building good governance, tough, and sustainability-oriented. We are optimistic that this positive momentum can continue until the end of the year," concluded Mr. Krestijanto Pandji.
