PT Timah Holds EGMS, Appoints Harry Budi Sidharta As Deputy Director

JAKARTA - Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Tbk. (TINS) carried out an overhaul of the company's board of directors.

Through this EGMS, shareholders agreed to add two new positions, namely the deputy president director and director of production and commercial.

The director of operations and commercial is now a nomenclature director of operations.

In this EGMS, Harry Budi Sidharta was appointed as Deputy President Director. For information, Harry previously served as Director of Business Planning of PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS).

Meanwhile, the Director of Production and Commercial is occupied by the former Director of UT Tama PT Indonesia Asahan ALuminum (Inalum), Ilhamsyah Mahendra. Then, the shareholders also agreed to appoint Handy Geniardi as Director of Operations replacing Nur Adi Kuncoro.

Previously, Nur Adi Kuncoro was temporarily dismissed from his position as of October 13, 2025 by the Board of Commissioners because there was an urgent reason for the company.

PT Timah's Corporate Secretary, Rendi Kurniawan, said that the decision to change the management was taken taking into account the need to strengthen the company's business strategy in facing the increasingly dynamic global tin industry challenges and strengthen sustainability performance.

"The change of management is a refresher momentum to continue to strengthen synergy within the company. PT Timah is committed to strengthening governance, improving operational performance, and ensuring that the company's contribution to the country and society can continue to run in a sustainable manner," Rendi said in an official statement, quoted Thursday, October 29.

With the new composition of management, he continued, the company is optimistic that it can strengthen competitiveness, increase efficiency, and expand positive contributions to national and regional economic development.
