Jasindo Insurance Completes Jasa Marga Claims Worth IDR 7.3 Billion

JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Jasindo (Asuransi Jasindo) submitted an insurance claim of Rp7.3 billion to PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.

Just so you know, this claim was paid for damage to facilities on the Dakotoma Toll Road and Ciawi 2 Toll Gate.

Jasindo Insurance President Director Andy Samuel said the claim settlement process was carried out through careful assessment and verification stages to ensure that all procedures were in accordance with applicable policy provisions.

"Jasindo's speed in responding to claims reports is clear evidence of the company's commitment to maintaining customer confidence and supporting the sustainability of national infrastructure operations," Andy said in his statement, Wednesday, October 15.

As part of the Insurance, Guarantee and Investment (IFG Group) BUMN Holding, Andy continued, Jasindo Insurance focuses on transparent, fast, and accountable claim services.

"We understand the importance of the sustainability of toll road operations for the community and the national economy, so that the process of resolving claims is our priority," Andy continued.

On the same occasion, Jasa Marga's President Director, Rivan Achmad Purwantono, expressed his appreciation for Jasindo's support and commitment in resolving the claim.

"We are grateful for the quick response and the cooperation that has been established. This quick and professional support helps us maintain the smooth operation of toll roads and ensure the recovery of facilities runs optimally," he said.

The submission of this claim was attended by the board of directors and management of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia and PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk as symbols of synergy and collaboration between SOEs in strengthening risk protection and ensuring the sustainability of national infrastructure services.
