Erick asserted that all SOEs are bound by a joint agreement to act professionally in accordance with the core values proclaimed, namely trust, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive, and collaborative. What happened in the Kualanamu case was judged to be contrary to the core value.
"Because it is not in line with the core value, so no matter who and what the position, then we invite to career elsewhere," said Erick.
Erick also explained that there are systemic weaknesses that make used antigen cases can occur. This has a wide impact on public trust. According to Erick, as a health care company the sense of trust gained from the quality of service becomes negotiable.
