KAI Commuter Anticipates Services In The TNI Anniversary Warning Series

KAI Commuter enforces a service operation pattern as usual on September 20-21, 2025, welcoming the TNI Anniversary (doc. KAI Commuter).

JAKARTA - KAI Commuter applies service operations patterns such as working days on Saturdays and Sundays, 20 to 21 September 2025.

In addition, he continued, KAI Commuter also added service and security officers, namely as many as 24 personnel at Gondangdia Station and 29 personnel at Juanda Station.

For services in the station area, KAI Commuter will also impose blocking and arranging queues to the platform area in the event of a surge in users.

"KAI Commuter urges users to avoid overcrowding by selecting other alternative stations to go up and down the Commuter Line," said Joni.

Meanwhile, Public Relations Manager, Leza Arlan, said that KAI Commuter is also alerting the operation of portable counters in anticipation of ticket purchase needs.

For the sake of security and comfort, KAI Commuter will implement an open-close queue system for users who will enter the platform area if the situation is already crowded.

"User service officers and cleanliness will also be alerted, especially at Juanda Station and Gondangdia Station, to assist services and maintain user comfort," said Leza.

KAI Commuter also urges all users to continue to prioritize safety and security, as well as follow directions and instructions from officers at the station.
