JAKARTA - Commission V of the DPR approved a definitive budget ceiling of the Ministry of Public Works (PU) for 2026 of IDR 118.5 trillion.
The approval was read out by the Chairman of Commission V DPR RI Lasarus during a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with all partners at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, September 15.

"Commission V DPR RI approved the budget ceiling of the Ministry of Public Works of Rp. 118.5 trillion after adjustments were made to the Budget Agency," said Lasarus.

"From the results of the adjustment of the Budget Agency, only Basarnas received an additional Rp144 billion. So that the Basarnas budget ceiling which was originally Rp1.4 trillion became Rp1.5 trillion," he said.
The details of the definitive ceiling are, for the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Highways amounting to Rp45.6 trillion, the Directorate General of Water Resources Rp34.7 trillion.
