One Week In The Future, Transjakarta Is Enough To Pay Rp1

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has imposed a free tariff of IDR 1 for Transjakarta transportation users. The tariff policy is valid from today until the next week.

Head of the Public Relations Department and CSR Ayu Wardhani said the policy of implementing this tariff was in accordance with the policy of DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung who made transportation services free, one of which was Transjakarta.

"This free tariff (Rp.1,-) takes effect from 00.00 WIB on Sunday, August 31, 2025 until 23.59 on September 7, 2025," he said, Sunday, August 31.

PT Transport Jakarta (Transjakarta) also apologized for the inconvenience of the journey of loyal customers, which was hampered by the improvement of suggestions and infrastructure.

"We apologize for the delay in customer travel due to adjustments to a number of services and several bus stops that have not been able to operate to serve customers, due to conditions we all know about," he said.

Ayu revealed that her party was working hard to restore all Transjakarta services.

Currently, he continued, Transjakarta services are again serving customers on a number of routes, including BRT, Non-BRT, and Microtrans.

"Thank you for your support, understanding, and patience Sahabat Tije. We will continue to provide the latest information regarding the development of our service operations," he added.

For your information, Transjakarta had stopped all service operations due to the unfavorable situation after the demonstration on Friday night, August 29, and Saturday morning, August 30.
