JAKARTA - As an effort to support the increased enthusiasm for children to study in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Indonesian Geothermal Golf Community (IGGC) distributed 150 sets of educational assistance in the form of school equipment and cash amounting to IDR 300 thousand per child to children in two districts, namely Nagekeo and Ngada.
This activity is the result of IGGC collaboration with three Community Reading Parks (TBM): TBM Keka Neamu and TBM Mataleza in Nagekeo Regency, as well as the Langa Filling Library in Ngada Regency. The handover of aid was symbolically carried out by the Head of IGGC Geothermal, Riza Pasikki, to the leaders of the three TBMs.
Head of IGGC Geothermal, Riza Pasikki said that in many areas of geothermal operations, especially those in remote rural areas, still face limited access and learning facilities that can influence the spirit of learning for children.
