Prabowo Reveals The Government's Challenges During The First 10 Months

JAKARTA - Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto said the government he led faced a number of challenges in the first 10 months.

According to Prabowo, the challenges faced are enough to make the government have to work extra to realize the nation's ideals.

"In the first 10 months, we all worked hard, united in realizing the nation's ideals in the midst of a global environment that was moving very dynamically, full of uncertainty," Prabowo said in a Speech on the Financial Note and RAPBN 2026 at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Friday, August 15.

Prabowo also revealed a number of these challenges, including geopolitical tensions that continue to heat up, physical wars are ubiquitous to tariff wars that pose a global economic threat.

"The world's governance has changed drastically, the principle of 'my country first' is becoming increasingly dominant, suppressing the economy and causing high costs for all countries," he said.

Meski begitu, kata Kepala Negara, dengan dukungan semua komponen bangsa, pemerintah pun bersatu padu demi mewujudkan cita-cita bangsa tersebut.

"Dengan dukungan semua komponen bangsa, pemerintah bersatu padu, berjuang, agar rakyat tetap terlindungi, ekonomi Indonesia tetap stabil dan layanan publik dapat berjalan efektif," pungkasnya.

Even so, said the Head of State, with the support of all components of the nation, the government is united to realize the nation's ideals.

"With the support of all components of the nation, the government is united, fighting, so that the people are protected, the Indonesian economy remains stable and public services can run effectively," he concluded.
