Based on the results of coordination with the Curahdami District Muspika, it is suspected that the two climbers were on the wrong track or lost and then asked for help from the SAR Team.

"The SAR operation involves the Jember SAR Post Rescue Team, BPBD, TNI-Polri, the Curahdami Subdistrict Government, PMI Bondowoso, and a number of SAR potential and volunteers," said Oka.
