The signing, which took place at the Unpad Jatinangor Rectorate, Bandung, is an important milestone in encouraging the progress of the national fisheries sector through strengthening human resources, applied research, and downstream innovation.

The MoU between Agrinas Jaladri and Unpad covers various fields of strategic cooperation, including the implementation of education and training that is oriented towards the needs of the fisheries industry; industrial internship programs for students; increased institutional capacity and development of student human resources competencies as well as lecturers, including training facilitation, issuance of Certificate of Assistant for Ijazah (SKPI), as well as training on professional certification according to industry standards; implementation of research with lecturers and industry; internship programs for lecturers in the industrial sector for research development; to collaboration with the Career Development Center to recruit potential prospective workers from final and alumni.

Through this collaboration, we want to ensure that tertiary graduates not only have academic competence, but also the practical skills needed by today's fishing industry," said Kharisma Febriansyah, President Director of PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara (Persero).
