JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the consumer price of red cayenne pepper was IDR 58,936 per kilogram (kg) compared to the previous IDR 60,504 per kg, while shallots were IDR 48,255 per kg, down from the previous IDR 48,842 per kg.

Reported by ANTARA from the Bakanas Price Panel in Jakarta, Saturday, July 26 at 10.50 WIB, other food prices at the retail level nationally, premium rice at a price of Rp. 16,131 per kg increased slightly from the previous Rp. 16,119 per kg.

Medium rice at a price of Rp. 14,301 per kg decreased from the previous day of Rp. 14,357 per kg, Stability of Food Price Supply (SPHP) rice of Rp. 12,574 per kg decreased slightly from the previous Rp. 12,582 per kg.

The commodity of corn at the farmer level was recorded at Rp. 6,252 per kg, up slightly from the previous Rp. 6,251 per kg; soybeans with dry seeds (imports) at a price of Rp. 10,801 per kg decreased slightly from the previous Rp. 10,860 per kg.

Next, garlic at a price of Rp. 38,384 per kg decreased from the previous day of Rp. 38,981 per kg.

Furthermore, the curly red chili commodity at a price of IDR 43,843 per kg decreased from the previous IDR 44,676 per kg; then large red chili at a price of IDR 43,551 per kg decreased from the previous IDR 44,185 per kg.

Then, pure beef Rp135,517 per kg increased from the previous Rp134,973 per kg, chicken meat Rp35,277 per kg decreased from the previous Rp35,572 per kg, then chicken eggs were Rp29,475 per kg, down from the previous 29,577 per kg.

Sugar consumption at a price of Rp. 18,232 per kg decreased from the previous record of Rp. 18,292 per kg.

Then, packaged cooking oil of Rp20,652 per liter decreased from the previous Rp20,889 per liter; bulk cooking oil of Rp17,434 per liter decreased from the previous Rp17,525 per liter; Oilita Rp17,435 per liter decreased from the previous Rp17,529 per liter.

Furthermore, bulk flour of Rp9,691 per kg decreased from the previous Rp9,755 per kg; then packaged flour of Rp12,869 per kg decreased from the previous Rp12,934 per kg.

The commodity of bulge fish at a price of Rp41,051 per kg decreased from the previous Rp41,342 per kg; tuna fish Rp34,333 per kg decreased from the previous Rp34,442 per kg; milkfish Rp34,029 per kg decreased from the previous Rp34,709 per kg.

Furthermore, consumption salt at a price of Rp. 11,497 per kg decreased from the previous day of Rp. 11,604 per kg.

Meanwhile, frozen buffalo (import) at a price of Rp103,083 per kg decreased from the previous Rp104,979 kg, local fresh buffalo meat of Rp138,654 per kg decreased from the previous Rp141,310 per kg.
