PMK And The Ministry Of Health's Juknis Regarding The Red And White Cooperatives Down This Week

Deputy Minister of Cooperatives (Wamenkop) Ferry Juliantono as Coordinator of the Daily Executive Chair of the Task Force (Satgas) for the Acceleration of the Formation of Village/Kelurahan Cooperatives (Kopdes/Kel) Merah Putih revealed that his party continues to finalize the formation of the Kopdes/Kel Merah Putih, especially in 103 pilot or mock-up spread across 38 provinces, ahead of the peak ceremony of inauguration by the President of the Republic of Indonesia in Klaten, Central Java, on 19 July.

"So, I ask that the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) and Technical Guidelines (Juknis) of the Ministry of Health immediately drop this week," said Ferry, Wednesday, July 9.

According to the Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, PMK is very important because it becomes a reference or legal basis for Himbara banks, Regional Development Banks (BPD), and Revolving Fund Management Institutions (LPDB) to channel financing for the Kopdes/Kel Merah Putih pilot. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health's technical guidelines are needed for licensing and operating of pharmacies and village clinics in the regions.

"I hope that on Friday tomorrow, the two rules will be able to come out, so that there will be no more obstacles for the operations of the Red and White Kopdeskel throughout Indonesia," said Ferry.

He added that 103 Kopdes/Kel Merah Putih pilotes must already have or have run several main outlets such as basic food outlets, village pharmacies, village clinics, cooperative offices, savings and loan outlets, warehousing, and logistics vehicles.

"This is the standard of the Kopdes/Kel Merah Putih pilot, which we have agreed on together," said Ferry.

Regarding the peak event in Klaten and at the location point of 103 pilot online, he said, each province must determine only one location at the peak event. Because, there is one province that has a pilot of more than one Kopdes/Kel Merah Putih.

"For example, West Java or East Java has more than one, so decide at which pilot point for the launch event later," said Ferry.

Therefore, the Deputy Minister of Cooperatives requested that at every Mock-Up location point in 38 provinces, it was also attended by the Governor, Regional Task Force, and Dekopin.

"During the event, there will be an interactive dialogue with President Prabowo," he explained.

Related to this, Ferry emphasized that his party is also accelerating training programs for all Kopdes/Kel Putih administrators throughout Indonesia.

"We have prepared a business model and training modules, which will be held for two days on 15-16 July 2025," said Ferry.
