JAKARTA - Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono ordered his staff to deploy the Orca 05 Supervisory Ship (KP) to assist residents of Enggano Island, Bengkulu Province, whose activities were disrupted due to the silting of the entry and exit flow at Baai Island Port.

In the previous meeting, continued Ipunk, Minister Trenggono stated that he was ready to help temporarily transport the Enggano people who were going to Bengkulu.
He said that it was decided by Trenggono because commercial ship transportation could not reach Enggano Island because of the silting of the entry and exit flow of Baai Island Port, Bengkulu City.
"KP Orca 05 has moved and arrived in Enggano waters to help Enggano residents," said Ipunk.
Ipunk explained that KP Orca 05 arrived in Enggano waters around the waters of the Malakoni Port since Saturday, June 28, 2025.
Arriving in the waters of Enggano, the captain of KP Orca 05 has coordinated with the local government.
