Nico Kanter Was Expelled, Antam AGMS Appointed Achmad Ardianto As President Director

JAKARTA - The General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) has agreed to reshuffle the board of directors and commissioners of the company. In the AGMS held today, Thursday, June 12, shareholders approved the appointment of Achmad Ardianto to replace Nico Kanter as President Director of the company.

Just so you know, previously Achmad served as Director of Human Resources (HR) from 2008 to 2013. From Antam, Achmad then served as Head of Corporate HR of PT Nestle Indonesia from 2013 to 2016, followed by the Director of Human Resources and Security of PT Freeport Indonesia from 2016 to 2020, President Director of PT Garam (Persero) from 2020 to 2021, and President Director of PT Timah Tbk from 2021 to 2023.

Antam AGMS also appointed Handi Sutanto as Director of Commercial and Ratih Amri as Director of Human Resources (HR). The other directorship positions did not change, such as the Director of Operations and Production of Antam which is still held by Hartono, Director of Business Development I Dewa Wirantaya, and Director of Finance and Risk Management Arianto Sabtonugroho Rudijito.

Thus, the following is the composition of Antam's commissioners and directors:
