JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the price of shallots at the consumer level reached Rp39,037 per kilogram (kg) compared to the previous day's Rp39,883 per kg, while broiler meat rose to Rp35,658 per kg from the previous Rp35,065 per kg.

Based on data from the Bapanas Price Panel in Jakarta, Thursday at 09.15 WIB, other food prices at the retail level nationally, premium rice at a price of Rp. 15,634 per kg rose slightly from the previous price of Rp. 15,556 per kg.

Then, medium rice at a price of Rp. 13,665 per kg fell slightly from the previous day of Rp. 13,714 per kg; then Bulog's rice supply stability and food prices (SPHP) at a price of Rp. 12,764 per kg increased slightly from the previous Rp. 12,644 per kg.

The corn commodity of Tk breeders was recorded at Rp6,049 per kg, down from the previous Rp6,190 per kg; soybeans (imports) at a price of Rp10,701 per kg decreased from the previous recorded Rp10,804 kg.

Next, garlic at a price of Rp42,883 per kg decreased from the previous day, it was recorded at Rp42,917 per kg.

Furthermore, the curly red chili commodity at a price of Rp52,436 per kg increased slightly from the previous record of Rp50,901 per kg; then large red chili at a price of Rp48,264 per kg increased from the previous day recorded at Rp45,874 per kg; red cayenne pepper of Rp55,413 per kg decreased from Rp53,601 per kg.

Badanas also noted that pure beef commodities at a price of Rp. 135,821 per kg decreased from previously recorded at Rp. 135,534 per kg, chicken eggs for Rp. 29,577 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 29,039 per kg.

Sugar consumption at a price of Rp. 18,510 per kg decreased slightly from the previous record of Rp. 18,555 per kg.

Then, the price of packaged cooking oil at a price of Rp. 20,645 per liter decreased from the previous record of Rp. 20,705 per liter; bulk cooking oil at a price of Rp. 17,527 per liter decreased from the previous record of Rp. 17,830 per liter; Oilita at a price of Rp. 17,571 per liter decreased from the previous level of Rp. 17,625 per liter.

Furthermore, bulk flour at a price of Rp. 9,843 per kg or a slight increase from the previous record was Rp. 9,801 per kg; then packaged flour at a price of Rp. 12,973 per kg or an increase from the previous record of Rp. 12,945 per kg.

Next, the bulge fish commodity at a price of Rp41,715 per kg increased from the previous record of Rp40,914 per kg; tuna fish at a price of 34,157 per kg rose slightly from the previous Rp33,847 per kg; then milkfish at a price of Rp34,103 per kg rose from the previous Rp33,963 per kg.

Furthermore, consumption salt at a price of Rp. 11,611 per kg increased compared to the previous price of Rp. 11,624 per kg.

Meanwhile, frozen buffalo (import) at a price of Rp107,560 per kg decreased from the previous Rp107,660 kg; local fresh buffalo at a price of Rp138,667 per kg decreased from the previous Rp141,000 per kg.
