JAKARTA - Minister of Environment Hanif Faisol Nurofiq asked Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) through Subholding PTPN IV PalmCo to use a certificate of reducing greenhouse gas (SPE-GRK) emissions as a means of participating in international-scale carbon trading.
