JAKARTA - The Land Bank Agency affirms its commitment to improving community welfare through an inclusive and sustainable land management policy, one of which is through the agrarian reform program above the Land Management Rights (HPL) of the Land Bank Agency.
Deputy for Land Utilization of the Land Agency of Bank Tanah Hakiri Sudrajat in his statement in Jakarta, Saturday, May 10, said that the commitment, among others, will be realized in Batulawang Village, Cianjur, West Java.
"We have HPL there covering a total of 964.8 Ha. From this area, we allocate 203 ha for agrarian reform," he said when receiving a working visit from Commission I of the Cianjur DPRD at the Office of the Land Bank Agency, quoted by Antara.
Through agrarian reforms on the HPL of the Land Bank Agency, he added, the public will be given the right to use for 10 years which can then be increased to a certificate of ownership (SHM) if the land is properly utilized.

"The Land Bank Agency has implemented an agrarian reform program in North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan, so it will be easier to implement in other areas where our HPL is," said Hakiki.
Meanwhile, Deputy for Strategic Planning and Land Procurement, Perdananto Aribowo said, the Land Bank Agency is committed to carrying out agrarian reforms as well as possible.
