Officially Listed On The IDX, Cipta Sarana Medika Shares Immediately TouchED The ARA

JAKARTA PT Cipta Sarana Medika Tbk (DKHH) is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

DKHH shares at the time of opening first touched the Upper Auto Rejection (ARA) at the level of 34.85 percent to a price of IDR 178 per share.

Meanwhile, this public offering recorded an excess demand or oversubscribed 190 times. DKHH offers as many as 530 million shares or represents 20.78 percent of the issued and fully paid capital with a nominal value of IDR 50 per share.

In addition, DKHH offered shares with an initial offering price of IDR 132 per share, potentially obtaining fresh funds of IDR 69.90 billion from the initial public offering.

In addition, DKHH also issued 265,000,000 Series I Warrants accompanying DKHH's new shares. Series I Warrants are given free of charge as incentives for new shareholders.

Meanwhile, every holder of 2 new DKHH shares is entitled to 1 Series I Warrant where every 1 Series I Warrant gives the holder the right to buy 1 new DKHH share with an exercise price of IDR 155 per share. The total amount of the Series I Waran I I I I Implementation Results is a maximum of IDR 41.07 billion.

The President Director of DKHH, Satria Muhammad Wilis, said that this step was taken not only to support sustainable business expansion, but also as a form of the Company's commitment to creating long-term value for stakeholders.

Satria said that all funds obtained from the Initial Public Offering of Shares after deducting securities costs, will be used for around Rp612 million to be used for capital expenditure to renovate the current Cibadak DKH Hospital located on Jl. Siliwangi No. 139, Cibadak, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java 43351.

Then, around Rp40.76 billion will be used for the construction of a new building around the DKH Cibadak hospital area located on Jl. Siliwangi No. 139, Cibadak, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java 43351.

"The renovation plan and assistants will be carried out using the services of a third party who is not part of the Company's affiliate, namely by PT Wyn Karya Perkasa," he explained, Thursday, May 8.

Furthermore, around Rp3,618,784,000 will be used for capital expenditures in the form of CT-Scan purchases, as well as medical and non-medical equipment to be used in the new building of the Cibadak DKH Hospital located on Jl. Siliwangi No. 139, Cibadak, Cibadak. Cibadak, Sukabumi Regency, West Java 43351.

Satria said that all of these purchases would be made with a third party who were not part of the Company's affiliate, namely PT D&V International Makmur Gemilang, which will be ordered through the Purchase Order (PO) immediately after the funds from the initial public offering were received by the Company, with the estimated maximum goods obtained in the fourth quarter of 2025 in line with the completion of the plan to build the Company's 5-story building.

"The inauguration of this purchase will be carried out after all goods are received by the Company," he explained.

Next, the rest will be used for working capital, including but not limited to marketing costs in the context of increasing the Company's branding as well as paying drug / pharmaceutical vendors with a Purchase Order (PO) purchasing mechanism.

Satria conveyed that with this corporate action, PT Cipta Sarana Medika Tbk is increasingly optimistic about strengthening its position as a superior and trusted health service provider.

"We are committed to continuing to improve service capacity, provide innovation in the health sector, and maintain the best service quality standards for all patients and the community," he said.

According to him, his party will expand access to quality health services in areas that are still underserved, while continuing to serve patients with whole-hearted dedication.

As part of his post-recording strategy, he conveyed that DKHH is committed to strengthening health service infrastructure, especially in areas that have not had adequate access.

"After recording, our focus is to increase capacity and build a Center of Excellence, as well as introduce specialistic services so that people in the underserved area no longer have to go to big cities," added Satria.
