Realization Of State Expenditures Reaches IDR 620.3 Trillion As Of March 2025, Here Are The Details

Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati conveyed that the realization of state spending reached IDR 620.3 trillion as of March 2025, an increase of 1.37 percent on an annual basis or year on year (yoy) when compared to the realization of state spending in March 2024 of IDR 611.9 trillion.

Sri Mulyani said that this realization was equivalent to 17.1 percent of the state expenditure target in the 2025 State Budget of IDR 3,621.3 trillion.

"State spending until the end of March (2025) Rp620.3 trillion is also 17.1 percent, so what is interesting in the table of postures at the end of March, both state revenues and state spending both with the percentage of revenue and expenditure targets are 17 percent, this is relatively the same, this is quite good because it means that we are still optimistic, the posture of 2025 regulated in the 62/2024 law regarding the APBN is still consistently maintained," he said at the KiTa State Budget Press Conference, Wednesday, April 30.

Meanwhile, Sri Mulyani said, the realization of central government spending as of March 2025 was IDR 413.2 trillion, down 3.36 percent when compared to the same period last year of IDR 427.6 trillion.

The realization of central government spending as of March 2025 is equivalent to 15.3 percent of the 2025 APBN target of IDR 2,701.4 trillion.

Sri Mulyani explained that the realization of central government spending as of March 2025 consisted of K/L expenditures worth IDR 196.1 trillion, down 11.74 percent when compared to the realization of K/L spending in the same period last year of IDR 222.2 trillion.

The realization of K/L expenditure as of March 2025 is equivalent to 16.9 percent of the 2025 APBN target of IDR 1,160.1 trillion.

Meanwhile, the realization of non-K/L spending as of March 2025 was IDR 217.1 trillion, an increase of 5.69 percent compared to the same period last year of IDR 205.4 trillion.

The realization of non-K/L expenditure as of March 2025 is equivalent to 14.1 percent of the 2025 APBN target of IDR 1,541.4 trillion.

In addition, Sri Mulyani also highlighted that Transfer expenditures to Regions as of March 2025 reached Rp207.1 trillion, an increase of 12.37 percent when compared to the realization of transfers to regions in the same period last year of Rp184.3 trillion.

The realization of Transfer expenditure to Regions as of March 2025 is equivalent to 22.5 percent of the 2025 APBN target of IDR 919.9 trillion.
