Erick Thohir Appoints Haji Isam's Subordinates As Director Of ID FOOD

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir appointed Ghimoyo as President Director of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) or ID FOOD to replace Sis Apik Wijayanto.

For your information, Ghimoyo previously served as CEO of Jhonlin Group. The company belongs to Andi Syamsuddin Arsyad or Haji Isam.

Ghimoyo's determination was marked by the reading of the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number SK-57/MBU/03/2025 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia, which was held, in Jakarta, Tuesday, March 18.

VP Corporate Secretary ID FOOD Yosdian Adi Pramono in his statement said that the composition of the Board of Directors that had been set by ID FOOD was ready to improve performance as a quality national food producer and continued to contribute to strengthening the national food sector.

"ID FOOD will also continue to support the government's strategic programs through innovation and collaboration to realize food self-sufficiency," he said in an official statement, Tuesday, March 18.

Ghimoyo's determination is in line with the efforts of the Ministry of SOEs in strengthening the role of ID FOOD as Food SOE Holding, as well as encouraging the acceleration of the company's transformation towards competitive Food Holding to support national food self-sufficiency.

Through this determination, the composition of the Board of Directors of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero)/ID FOOD as of March 18, 2025 is as follows:

President Director: Ghimoyo

Director of Risk Management and Legal: S. Hidayat Safwan

Director of Finance and Strategy: Susana Indah Kris Indriati

Director Of Supply Chain Management And Information Technology: Bernadetta Raras

Commercial Director: Nina Sulistyowati

Director of Human Resources: Yossi Istanto
