JAKARTA - Minister of Public Works (PU) Dody Hanggodo said that the infrastructure development of the People's School will use a budget from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). The plan is for the construction of this People's School to be carried out at 100 points throughout Indonesia.
"The budget is from the Ministry of Social Affairs, I was just told to wake up," said Dody to reporters at his office, Friday, March 7.
However, Dody has not been able to reveal how much budget will be disbursed to support the program.
According to him, his party was only assigned as a handyman to design building buildings and prepare the building.
"If the order of the President (Prabowo Subianto) must remain (using the budget) of the Ministry of Social Affairs. We are just trying to prepare the building, later we will discuss the design at the palace," he said.
The plan, said Dody, is that his party will again hold a meeting with the Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul) next week to discuss the program.
"Only yesterday's first meeting (Thursday, March 6), next week we will meet again with the Minister of Social Affairs (Gus Ipul)," he concluded.
