Ask The Public To Report Fuel Problems, Pertamina's Managing Director Distributes Personal Numbers

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Simon Aloysius Mantiri shared his personal contact number with the community.

This is intended to increase supervision by actively involving the community.

This special contact is a complaint service that can be used other than Pertamina's call center which has been used so far, 135.

"I will also give my special number at 0814 1708 1945. Currently, receiving an SMS will soon be registered for the WhatsApp application," Simon said at a press conference in Jakarta, Monday, March 3.

Simon explained that his goal was to spread the personal contact so that the public could complain in real-time if they found irregularities or situations that were not appropriate related to the quality of Pertamina's fuel in the field.

"We can immediately call the number so we can follow up on it at the first opportunity," Simon continued.

On the same occasion, Simon also expressed his gratitude for the concern of the Indonesian people in the form of input and criticism that had been sent to Pertamina.

According to him, various criticisms received will be used as a guide to improve Pertamina's performance and services in the future.

"The input we received will certainly be a criticism, it will be a whip for Pertamina to work better in the future," continued Simon.

According to him, Pertamina respects and appreciates the efforts of the Attorney General's Office which has uncovered allegations of legal action that occurred in Pertamina's subsidiary.

"This is certainly an incident that hit us all. Of course this is one of the big tests faced by Pertamina," he said.

Regarding product quality, Simon explained that the results of the tests carried out by Lemigas on 75 Gasoline samples with various levels of RON had come out and stated that Pertamina's fuel products had complied with the specifications set by the Director General of Oil and Gas of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Pertamina will continue to be committed to presenting quality products for the community.

"As the top leader, I will stand at the forefront to ensure that Pertamina becomes the pride and trust of the Indonesian people," said Simon.
