JAKARTA - PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) officially conducted a groundbreaking (first stone planting) for the Jababeka Bizpark multipurpose commercial building in the Central Business District (CBD) Jababeka, Cikarang.
KIJA offers this multipurpose building starting at IDR 1.5 billion per unit, with a target handover of 2025.
"The innovative production of the Jababeka Bizpark multipurpose commercial building has received tremendous enthusiasm since its launch at the end of the year, sales of the first phase have been ordered in a short time," said PT Grahabuana Cikarang President Director Ivonne Anggraini as stated in an official statement in Jakarta, Friday.
He explained that this multipurpose building offers three types, including the Standard type with a land area of 4.5 meters (m) x 20 m, Standard type II with a land area of 5 m x 18 m, and the Two View type which has a land area of 4.5 m x 20 m.
He continued, this multipurpose building is equipped with High Celing up to 9 meters, which makes it a three-story building, so it can be used as a storage warehouse, office, and showroom.
"The multipurpose building can be utilized according to consumer business ideas, ranging from logistics businesses, e-commerce, wellness centers, boarding houses to different types of businesses in one building unit," said Ivonne.
Regarding access, he explained that this building is equipped with access that allows container trucks to enter, with four toll exits and international facilities that are directly integrated with the Jababeka City area.
In addition, it is also equipped with direct access to the Cikarang Dry Port port which can make it a logistics hub, and has access to Tanjung Priok Port by train.
"To maintain the safety of its owners, it is also equipped with a One Gate System with private access, and is located right in the middle of Jababeka City which will later become a new business center and mass transportation center (TOD) in the future," said Ivonne.
