KPR Installments Of IDR 5 Million Per Month Can Have A House In BSD City, Property Developer Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja

JAKARTA - Property developer Sinar Mas Land offers to offer consumers housing through a home ownership credit (KPR) program with installments starting from IDR 5 million per month or around IDR 163,000 per day.

CEO of Residential BSD Sinar Mas Land Theodore G Tenoch said the program was present in the latest residential product, Myza.

Overall, this compact house offers sleeping areas for up to three rooms, including 1 main room and 2 in the open space and work space. All units in the Myza cluster have a carport available for easy parking of the owner's vehicle.

"Myza is in a strategic location right across from CBD BSD City and has access to the three closest toll gates, one of which is behind AEON Mall," he added.
