PP Presisi Melakukan Assessment ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard 2024

JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) won the title "Good" (Level 3) in the 2024 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) conducted by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) which is an independent assessor with a total score of 80 points. This achievement strengthens the company's position as one of the companies with good governance/GCG) in Indonesia.

ASEAN CG Scorecard is an initiative initiated by the ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ASEAN Capital Market Forum) to assess and improve the standard of implementing corporate governance based on corporate governance principles in the Southeast Asia region. This program has three main objectives, namely increasing the standard governance of open companies in ASEAN, increasing the attractiveness of global investment to ASEAN companies, and integrating the ASEAN capital market as a world-class asset group.

Assessment of ASEAN CG Scorecard refers to global governance standards, such as the principles issued by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Five main principles are considered to include:

- Shareholders' Rights (Rights of Shareholders).- Equal Treatment of Shareholders.- The Role of Interestholders (Role of Stakeholders).- Disclosure and Transparency.- Council Responsibility (Responsibility of the Board).

Assessment of ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard 2024 uses all data accessible to the public, including the 2023 annual report, audited financial statements, GMS documents, company websites as well as information disclosure carried out by PPRE. Assessment using the dichotomy response system ("Yes" or "No"), which is then calculated to produce a final score that determines the level of compliance and achievement of corporate governance. The main achievement of PPRE is:

1. Principle E (Responsibility of the Council): 33.57 points highest among other components, reflects the strategic role of the board of commissioners.2. Principle D (Disclosure and Transparency): 21.87 points shows a commitment to information transparency.3. Principle C (Security of Shareholders): 13.84 points.4. Principle B (Equivalent Treatment of Shareholders): 6.42 points.5. Principle A (Shareholder Rights): 4.28 points.
